But what if I told you those dreams could be the secret map to navigating your quarter-life crisis?


Understanding the Quarter-Life Crisis

First off, let’s address the elephant in the room: the quarter-life crisis. It’s that period in your twenties (or even early thirties) where life feels like an endless loop of confusion, self-doubt, and existential dread. You’re juggling anxiety, perhaps a sprinkle of ADHD, and trying to figure out who you are and what you want from life.
